Shipping and returns
Payment and dispatch are not currently enabled. Final delivery options, price and expected delivery time will always be shown before an order becomes binding.
Delivery
Once sales open, available delivery options and tracking information will be sent to the email address used for the order. Contact us if a parcel is delayed or arrives damaged.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers purchasing ordinary goods online normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. Notice must be given clearly within the deadline, after which the goods must be returned without undue delay.
Any lawful exception, for example goods made to the customer's specifications, will be stated clearly before purchase.
Complaints
If an item is faulty, contact us as soon as possible with the order number, a description and preferably photos. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by this information.
