During ordinary browsing, language preference and cart contents are stored locally in your browser. When you contact us, we process the contact details and content you provide.

Once checkout is enabled, we process name, email, phone number, delivery address, order lines and payment status. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored in this solution.

Information is used to answer enquiries, fulfil purchases, handle delivery and complaints, and meet statutory accounting duties. Customer information is not used for profiling or marketing without a separate valid legal basis.

The website uses Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting and Stripe as the planned payment provider. Information is shared only when needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for its purpose or required retention period.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability where the conditions of data protection law are met. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
