Terms of sale
These terms follow the standard structure recommended by the Norwegian Consumer Authority. Treehouse Collection does not currently accept binding orders through the website.
Agreement and parties
Once checkout is enabled, the agreement consists of these terms, the information presented during checkout and any separately agreed terms. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
The seller's name and contact details appear on the contact and checkout pages. The buyer is the person placing the order.
Price, payment and formation
The total price, taxes, shipping and any additional charges will be shown before the order is confirmed. The agreement becomes binding when the order is submitted and payment approved, subject to obvious errors and stock availability.
Delivery and risk
Expected delivery time and method are shown during checkout. Risk passes to the buyer when the goods have been received.
Withdrawal, delay and defects
Withdrawal and returns follow Norwegian consumer law. In case of delay or defects, the buyer may exercise the statutory remedies available under Norwegian law. See Shipping and returns for practical steps.
